Tara Weihmiller is a global operations leader with decades of experience known for delivering innovative operational strategies and client‑focused solutions in the biopharmaceutical industry, overseeing Project Management, Monitoring, and Study Startup. She has provided leadership and oversight across a broad range of Phase 1–4 clinical trials in therapeutic areas such as oncology, respiratory, neurology, infectious disease, dermatology, transplant, and medical devices. With experience from site, sponsor, and CRO perspectives, Ms. Weihmiller brings a deep understanding of the complexities of clinical development. Ms. Weihmiller has spent the latter part of her career in leadership positions (Novartis Director of Operations, Covance Executive Director) building customized operational infrastructures, improving processes, implementing change management, and enabling teams to make agile, data‑driven decisions.
