Tara Weihmiller Joins InClin as Vice President of Clinical Operations

SAN MATEO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–APRIL 2, 2019– InClin, Inc., a full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO) with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sydney Australia, today announced the appointment of Tara Weihmiller as Vice President of Clinical Operations. Ms. Weihmiller will be responsible for managing clinical staff and developing initiatives to support operational excellence. Additionally, Ms. Weihmiller will provide strategic direction for InClin and provide direct oversight on key clinical studies across various indications, including oncology.

Ms. Weihmiller has over 20 years of experience working in the CRO, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, both in project management and global line management.  She is a noted global operations leader with a solid reputation for delivering inventive operational strategies and client-focused solutions. Ms. Weihmiller has provided oversight to numerous Phase 1 to 4 clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology, Respiratory, Neurology, Infectious Disease, Dermatology, and Transplantation.

Prior to InClin, Ms. Weihmiller was the Executive Director of Global Portfolio Oversight for the Oncology Business Unit at Covance. She was also a Director of Clinical Operations at Novartis with responsibility for oversight and timely delivery of 120+ clinical trials with compounds for Hematology and Solid Tumor indications. She received her BS in Science Biology at the University of Albany.
